Returns & Exchanges Policy

If there is a defect or a technical issue with your watch, you may exchange or return your watch within 5 days of receiving it.
Please note that “Change of mind” or “Disliking a watch” will not be accepted as a reason for return and exchange.
Your total refund will be reduced by the cost of shipping. Some WDW watches may be considered special and have a limited return policy. To avoid rejection of returned watches or restocking costs, all purchases, accessories, serial-numbered security tags (if given), and packing materials must be in new condition.
Products are eligible for Return and Exchange if:
- Watch(es) are returned within 7 Days of receiving.
- Watch(es) are in new condition.
- Watch(es) are in their original packaging. Packaging must be undamaged.
- Watch(es) includes all packing material, manuals, and accessories (if provided).
- Shipped via insured ground service with a tracking number.
- Please note that:
The warranty does NOT cover:
- Bands, Straps, and bracelets.
- Exposed crystals and other embellishments.
- Damage (including water damage) as a result of accidents, poor care, and normal wear and tear.
Exchange or refund will NOT be applicable if:
- You have changed your mind and decided you don’t want the goods.
- You find cheaper goods elsewhere.
- The person you gifted it to does not like it or want it.
- Find out the watch is too small or large. (Strap or dial size, etc)
- Discounts and promotions are not applicable on Exchange items.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To be eligible for an exchange, your watch must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Watch must also be in the original packaging. A restocking fee might be applicable in certain circumstances. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for a similar item, please contact us on waqardadaofficial@gmail.com and we will do our best to help you out.
WDW reserves the right to refuse any return if there are:
- Any signs of wear.
- Parts of the item are missing, including tags, manuals, bags, or other materials (if provided).
- Any damage to the watch or packaging.
If there are any noticeable discrepancies or damages when receiving your purchase, or if the wrong item was delivered, please reach out to us and we’ll be happy to help.
